Work Principles

Work schemes have to be redefined. For those who work in an office, it doesn't make sense that you spend most of your day, your weeks, your months, your years... **only working**, and many times just for money, spending your time around people, projects, and ways of working that don't feel right at many different levels.
- Why work for that multinational brand (directly or indirectly) for which you don't give a shit?
- Why work with people you don't enjoy working with?
- Why work in something when you are not being productive?
- Why work M-to-F 9-to-5?
- Why don't invest your time doing things your truly believe in?
- Invest your time in projects you believe in
- Let projects grow organically, don't impose artificial financial constraints
- Maximize worker productivity by letting them work in what they want when they want the way they want, and in things they believe in
- Selling things is not the only way to find sustainability
